Validation message

If both supplier and customer are German, if "Payment means type code" (BT-81) contains a code for credit transfer (30, 58), "CREDIT TRANSFER" (BG-17) shall be provided.

Explanation

When seller and buyer are both located in Germany, PEPPOL applies the German XRechnung requirements: when the payment method is a credit transfer, the invoice must also state the account to transfer to.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that states the account for the transfer, meaning its IBAN.
