Validation message

If both supplier and customer are located in Germany, BT-124 "External document location" must contain an absolute URL with valid scheme.

Explanation

When seller and buyer are both in Germany, the external document location (BT-124) must be a complete, absolute address with a scheme (e.g. https://…). The rule carries the XRechnung requirement BR-TMP-2 into PEPPOL, where it is currently only a warning.

How to fix

Give the full address including 'https://'; a relative path or bare file name is not enough.
