Greek Suppliers must provide their full name as they are registered in the Greek Business Registry (G.E.MH.) as a legal entity or in the Tax Registry as a natural person

Explanation

For a Greek seller, PEPPOL requires a seller trading name, namely its full name as registered in the Greek business registry (G.E.MI.) or, for a natural person, in the tax registry. The check looks at the trading-name field: the legal name alone is not enough.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice that also states its full registered name as its trading name.
