When Supplier is Greek and the INVOICE URL Document reference exists, the External Reference URI should be present

Explanation

When a Greek seller's invoice contains a document reference described as ##INVOICE|URL##, that reference must also state the web address (URL) where the invoice can be retrieved. Here it is missing or empty.

How to fix

Ask the seller for a corrected invoice whose reference contains the invoice's web address.
